Tell us about the Maison Hädenn brand.

Maison Hädenn is a French brand of organic, eco-responsible hair care products made in France. Our aim is to offer a new shampoo in the form of a dilutable powder. Once purchased, simply dilute the powder with water in a refillable bottle to reconstitute a bottle of liquid shampoo. The result is a zero-waste shampoo that lathers and smells great!

The idea first came to me from an observation: for some people, it's hard to find a shampoo that ticks all the boxes, i.e. a zero-waste and organic shampoo without forgetting the pleasure and ease of use of the liquid format. On the other hand, when you buy conventional shampoo, you're buying plastic shampoo, 90% of which is water. The bottle ends up in the garbage can with controversial ingredients.

The idea is to offer more responsible products, made with 100% natural, Breton active ingredients. All with a zero-waste approach, as our products are refillable and plastic-free.

MPO's mission is to create a link between brands and consumers. How does Maison Hädden connect with its community?

It's a privileged bond that's part of a logic of exchange and co-creation. As proof of this, we chose to run a launch campaign on the KissKissBankBank platform in order to raise awareness of the brand and launch production. Right from the start, the response was overwhelming.

The campaign also enabled us to grow the Maison Hädenn community. The community played a key role in the design of our shampoo. In fact, each formula was submitted to our beta-testers and then improved according to their feedback.

What are the brand's values?

Maison Hädenn's values are reflected first and foremost in its name. Hädenn means seed in Breton, and the idea is to sow good and beautiful seeds thanks to the product's ecological dimension and hair care benefits. What's more, our shampoo also has a solidarity aspect: 1% of our sales are donated to an association supporting pregnant women in difficulty in Vannes. When you buy a Maison Hädden product, you're not only doing good for yourself, but also for others.
